Glatfelter Listens to Agents, Delivers Solutions

Glatfelter Insurance Group, a retail agent/MGA and program manager, offers a shining example of how the wholesale market can leverage existing technology and standards to improve ease of doing business.

After consulting with its Agents Technology Council, Glatfelter implemented commercial lines download for its agents and is finding that using the ACORD standards for the E&S and specialty business is working for them as they implement ease of doing business measures for their retail agents. In fact, commercial lines download is benefiting their agents by some 400 hours a month in saved keystrokes.
